Not a big deal, considering the value of this benefit, however, isn't PH Chicago a stone's throw away from Corporate? As previously noted in this thread, breakfast tip is still retained for the guest to pay as of last week. On a different note, a 4pm checkout seems like something not all front desk agents are aware of either.
