I've had it take several days for AF/KL activity to post to my SM account. Be sure to keep your boarding cards in case you need to fax them in - I'd give it until Friday and then send in the request if you have not received proper credit.

As far as the bonus miles, you could call in -- they will likely want you to fax them copies of your BP's - sorry, I do not have the fax # handy.
