You can probably get much of the information you want by going to
www.refunds.aa.com
Under "Request a Refund or Receipt" you enter the ticket number and it will show you the info (just don't click all the way through to requesting a refund, of course).
If you want to find the ticket number from the PNR, there's a separate box on the first page "Search by Record Locator." Use that to get the ticket number.
