Yes, indeedy. It's BOS-XXX-HKG-BKK. Most of the time I'm able to get the JFK connection. Very short flight on AE, soon to be mainline 738 service. And there are now three daily one-stops BOS-DFW/ORD-SFO, AA 1461, 451 and 1397.

For me, yes. I am quite severely affected by jetlag. Being able to fly in the F cabin due to my mileage bank and what I've learned here on FT, the CX bed really allows me to sleep, thus almost completely eliminating my jetlag problems on these long trips.

Haven't done the ORD connection yet, as nothing has been available. I will try it, though. Obviously, the BOS-ORD segment is much shorter and easier than a one-stop to SFO. With the speculation for EWR running high, that would give me more options, too.
