Well it looks like under "Archived Transactions" Cartera fixed the $ problem so that it now shows "miles earned" instead of "$ earned." Except now, under "Eligible Amount" it shows $0.00 for all my GC transactions. So when UA goes to award the bonus miles, there's no way to tell if a transaction (like Sam's Club) that earned 8 miles met the $10 minimum spend!!
And of course, archived transactions still won't show more than the first 10 transactions, under any circumstance, in any browser.
Another day, another Cartera f-up. They really should hire some real web programmers.
well You would have your CC receipt and your email receipt showing what you bought on each SAMS purchase and how much each one was. And something from the old mall stating it received .75 mile per $1 spent.
All of this is the kind of stuff each of us must printout or pdf together and fire off to all parties I mentioned above in an earlier post at some point. What a pain!

Interestingly, I found conflicts in terms on my first search. Home Depot, which is now prominently featured under gift cards earning 2 or 3 miles/$ (depending on whether you have a CO/MP CC), when clicked to shop, a pop-up appears stating purchases of gift cards are not eligible!
I am sure that will never post that 500 -1500 miles and if it does it's like January at best!
As for the GC thing, well, something like that happened in the recent short term promo DL SkyMiles also had... spend $500 at SM and earn 25k DL. it lasted for less than a week. One item on the list was Sky Mall GCs! So I was like, hmmm this could work since I do not yet know what I need here! but when I clicked on it, there was a note stating it does not count. Well at least there was a note, but what a crock! it shouldn't even be on the list!!!!!!!! So I called SM and got a nice rep and told her that. Walked through it with her. She agreed and said she would tell other CSRs. Don't care if she did or not. I was done with it right there. Did not buy a thing.
And of course, you KNOW who runs DL SM, right?
