I totally blame United. They are the ones who chose Cartera as their retail represtentative. They are the ones who approved the launch of this new broken United Mileage Plus Shopping Mall.
On the new UA shopping portal I only have 1 Archived Transaction, I used to have 8-10.
I'm done...I thought the CO shopping section was bad, UA took it to a new level.
Update: Shop OnePass goes away to Oct 10th and transfers to Mileage Plus shopping. Use it while you can.
