Upcoming YYZ-LHR for a friend and I on the same PNR, and he is also a nominee. I have the 7-day SE upgrade window. I haven't yet used the online tool to upgrade 2 pax at the same time - I've used the online tool to upgrade myself, or I've been on the go and called an agent to upgrade 2 people at once.

How have people's experiences been with using the online tool for a 2-pax upgrade? My fear is that while I'm working through doing the first upgrade, R space will dwindle and I'll miss the boat by the time I get to the second (though, I realize, theoretically the same could happen with speaking to an agent on the phone).

Is it fairly user friendly online to upgrade 2 people at once?
