BOAHA+HOAHA=HA from the left coast or interisland hopping, VA=use a partner (Aloha Bonaire! in my case). In the case of BOAHA+HOAHA, Churn and meet the straaaange caaaases as one can never have enough Hawaiian Miles and they can be transferred with no fee (think Swaparama). My fault, I meant that they DID have an annual fee, thanks for correcting me. So this means that both Hawaiian airlines cards are churnable? And if so, how long do you have to wait between them? And do you have to cancel them before re-applying?
