Cathay efficient? No lah.
Their staff don't have support from their management and this airline only care about money. The Marco Polo Club is good example of only care about money - they won't let you bring even 1 guest extra to lounge. I only try one time and complain when staff are so rude at airpot to turn me down in rude way like reading from a rule book.</font>
CX is way efficient. But rules are rules. If you're a Silver or Gold member, you are only allowed one guest into the lounge. (I mean, look at the size of the lounge to begin with). I doubt you can even argue your way through in HK either.
As
Christep says too... it's probably a "Singaporean" thing to be rigid and go by the book. But really try doing the same thing at the PPS lounge and see where you'll be directed to!
