Cathay efficient? No lah.

Their staff don't have support from their management and this airline only care about money. The Marco Polo Club is good example of only care about money - they won't let you bring even 1 guest extra to lounge. I only try one time and complain when staff are so rude at airpot to turn me down in rude way like reading from a rule book.
