Regrettably, as the OP, I am sad to say that I am unlikely to make it back to BJ by the 9th, because I'm behind schedule on my US trip (e.g. those 3 days in the Bay Area are now likely to be 7, and I still need to visit several other cities on the east coast before making my way to China).

As of now, it looks like the 11th is a reasonably safe bet, assuming I can a semi-sane airplane ticket. That having been said, I encourage you guys to carry on in my absence.
