It is nice to get away from the city.. I moved to the GTA in late 70s from Manitoba, and things have changed a great deal in 40 years.. I remember when there was absolutely NOTHING north of Steeles. We used to have cookouts there.
I'm not saying I don't like what Toronto transformed into.. But truthfully the taxes, traffic, and (lack of) services are a high incentive to move..
