From the CADORS, an interesting one:

"2011-09-23

The Air Canada Boeing 767-375 aircraft (C-GSCA, operating as flight ACA882) had landed after a scheduled IFR flight from Toronto (LBPIA) (CYYZ) to Copenhagen International Airport, Kastrup (Denmark) (EKCH). SAS Airlines Technical Services reported that they were tasked to replace the aircraft's angle of attack (AoA) sensor. Due to the short time available to effect the sensor change, the cure time of the sealer was not going to be sufficient. Maintenance Operations Control raised a production permit to release the aircraft without the sealer, however, the maintenance technician still applied the sealer and also applied high speed tape to retain the sealer. During the return flight, the high speed tape shifted during flight causing the AoA sensor to fail. Air Canada Maintenance staff and SAS Airlines Maintenance staff are investigating. "
