VIP airport pick up is available!

To avoid having to wait in the immigration and customs queues at the airport, we can arrange a VIP airport collection. The cost for this service is US$ 35/ person.

Our airport representative will be waiting inside the airport arrival hall directly outside your gate to greet you when you arrive. He will have a sign with your name on it.

Please note that you will also need to pay for your visa on arrival (if applicable). For the Visa On Arrival, please prepare beforehand, US$25 per person (including babies!) with each passport and our representative will collect it along with your carry-on luggage at the gate so you may quickly proceed through immigration to the luggage claim where you can point out your luggage to our staff. Once you have collected your luggage, you will then proceed directly to the Customs and exit counter without additional waiting time.

If you would like to arrange this service, please kindly advise us the full passport names and flight arrival details for each member in your party

We look forward to welcoming you to the island of Bali.

There are many different people who can offer this sort of help walking through the monstrous queues, it's a crying shame that Bali permit this given the expense getting here.

I must say that $35 strikes me as a ludicrous ask, in my experience even $5 is very well received and feels like paying a ransom - this is Indonesia, not London! I am always conscious not to spoil the pitch for fellow travellers.
