Code share awards policy
Please can you advise on codeshare awards policy. I can see availability using Continental tool for two C class seats LHR-LAX direct on 21 November on flight Flight: CO9749 Operated by Virgin Atlantic Airways, but when I phoned ICC the agent could only offer me an indirect flight via EWR to LAX on CO.
