I am a Gold Member with American AAdvantage. which is Ruby on Oneworld.

Organizing a new trans Atlantic trip from Miami to London I have booked a BA flight with BA.com and linked in my AA mileage account to the booking to get miles.

As a Gold AA member flying American I get Priority access and early boarding when booked into coach / economy tickets.

My question is do I get to use these or similar privileges for my World Traveller trip to London with BA ?
