Yeah totally aGREED. Caesars Entertainment obviously considers Caesars Palace to be their high-end property in that neighborhood. They wouldn't want to cheapen the CP brand by adding steerage-class rooms over there.

Especially when they have dumps like Imperial Palace and Bills right across the street. If they need more cheap rooms they should bulldoze those first. And maybe even (*gasp*) Flamingo too.
