In other words does a Silver on a T fare in E+ trump a DM in regular economy on a K fare? Or are there subjective variables in play with the GA?
Since Economy Comfort is complimentary to PM and DM I doubt whether you will find PM/DM in non-EC Y section.

Some GM has been opuped to EC pushing DM/PM from EC to BE.
