So, you have 2 remedies: phone QF and ask to have your PNR annotated that you are entitled to 30kg free baggage allowance as EK is the Most Significant Carrier on your ticket; take a printout of your ticket to ADL checkin showing the EK leg, and also print out the IATA MSC rule (search this forum for lots of past discussion and links to it, or just Google). Between those 2 you'll be fine.
