At first I managed to get in touch with them through the "Contact" link at Club Carlson's main page. You have to select sending it to the European members office in Dublin. I wrote the mail in Swedish on Friday and got a positive answer on Monday.
They said they offered status match towards EuroBonus, they just needed a proof of my status. So I took a picture of my combined Diners/EB-card and mailed it as a reply.

The same day I got the answer that they had upgraded me to Gold Elite.
The card will arrive within 6-8 weeks and status is valid until 28th February 2013. If I'm still EBG then, I shall contact them and they will match it again.
