I sent them an email to get my EBG matched. Received a reply from a US agent that i had to send proof of my status. I sent them a scanned copy of my cobranded EBG / Diners card (with card numer masked).

Reply from US after one week was that they dont status match Diners Club Cards?!? Only status from other hotel chains. Replied and explained that i asked for the status match based om my frequent flyer status.

For one and a half week now no answer. Seems they have no clue of what my EBG status is and that it is matched in Europe.
