No;
all vehicle occupants need a NEXUS card to use the NEXUS lane. (GE/SENTRI cards are ok too if using the NEXUS lanes into the United States).
When using the "Ready Lane", all vehicle occupants need RFID documents.

The card is valid for the following purposes:
- Use of the NEXUS vehicle lanes into the United States in accordance with the NEXUS program rules.
- Use of the SENTRI vehicle lanes in accordance with the SENTRI program rules, and only when in a SENTRI-approved vehicle.
- Use of the SENTRI pedestrian lanes in accordance with the SENTIR program rules.
I am unaware of any sea benefits associated with the GE card though it would make sense to accord NEXUS sea benefits to GE cardholders when traveling into the United States. In no cases is the GE card valid for NEXUS benefits when traveling into Canada.
