I'm hearing some say that there were no problems with Office Max last year and others saying there were lots of problems.
I don't recall any such problems. Certainly, last year's thread would offer extensive insights into that issue, so if you're concerned -- putting aside the question over the current lack of a field in which to enter one's DM number -- you can do a search.
