We do not drive automatics much in Europe and least of all in Italy. Why not learn how to drive a manual? We all have to learn to drive automatics when we come to the US or Canada.

. This is not "when in Rome..." thing, i just want a more practical product. And i have no problem with others using manual.. or rotary phones... or sundials...
The automotive industry spent many years and many millions of $ improving cars to make them automatic and I would like to take advantage of the end result.
