The site will not let me complete my transaction. A poster on another site opined that this site is only for groups that pre-arranged with Alitalia. Seems strange; but mabe true.
It's difficult for Alitalia to run complex operations like bus services AND manage to sell you tickets for it online at the same tiime with Alitalia whatbthey advertise is not what you get, as you are discovering..... give them some time to settle down and used to the idea of a new product....Well maybe ...lots of time
