As mentioned above, you can not fly more than two times between LHR and CAI/DXB/MOW/RUH/...

So, CAI-LHR, and DXB-LHR-CAI is not permitted.
CAI-LHR, ... , DXB-LHR-BCN-CAI is permitted.
