I am Prestige. A few weeks ago I passed 20k status miles for 2011. If I understand the table from the link below correctly I should have had 10 eupgrade credits deposited into my account at that point. I just got off the phone with AP and the lady is telling me I'm not entitled to these. Can somebody clarify?
