Suggestions for RTW

I need to be in HK towards the end of November & will most likely do another RTW ex CAI in 1st.

The fixed points I need to do are CAI, LHR, HKG, YVR, JFK, LHR, MUC. However I would also like to visit Kauala Lumpur & Tokyo.

Can anyone suggest a schedule that could include these two, please?
