The Cathay timetable for 15 May is up, and correctly (I think) shows QF's departure from the SIN-DPS route at the end of July. It's once a week till then. After that I think they will only be flying PER-DPS, no DRW or SYD. Coulda missed it, tho.
SIN-HKG-DPS or BKK-HKG-DPS is fine, but if you're paying for extra segments, you may find that an off-OWE segment won't cost much more than the OWE tag-on. Two years ago we bought DPS-SIN on SQ in F for a bit over USD300 but the ITN fare for the opposite direction was over $400 the last time I looked, in C. No F was offered. If you're looking for max miles instead of travel convenience, then of course that's not the way to go.
