I want to share some experience
I was trying to book a different MR trip found on ITA, and DL website refused to ticket it. I called them serval times, and every time the ticket desk made up some reason such as "you can't visit three hubs in one itinerary," "your trip can't have 8 segments," "if there is a direct flight, you can't take a detour," or simply, "our ticketing system doesn't let me do it."

I go to orbitz and have the ticket issued without any problem.

They just suck!
