Due to SARS happens, CX decided to suspend some flights until mid May. I got RTW ticket which is HKG-BKK-CMB-HKG(transit)-Sapporo-HKG. Having said the above, HKG-Sapporo resumed on 15.5.2003. Before going to Sapporo, I have reserved a booking on 27.4.2003 from CMB to HKG and CX agent advised me that they would either paying extra fee on adding up one stopover or paying airport tax only. I do not think it is very unreasonble as CX suspended her flights due to SARS not the pax's problem.
