You will unlikely get any targeted offers if credit card issues just don't have your information to target you.

As far as your high credit score goes ... could be a blessing and a curse at the same time - on one side banks will be missing interest income, on the other side they could get a high spender (from which they will continuously get interchange fees for every $ spend) and next to zero chances of any collection problems (which is a big problem for bank nowdays).
