So far I have almost always used Star Alliance carriers, so I am not fully familiar with Oneworld. However, I do know that they, through LAN Chile, serve PPT and IPC, which is one of the reasons I would like to book a RTW on Oneworld.
Would an itinerary like this one be legal and how could I maximize it (DGLOB34)?

There are a few things I would like to add to the trip, but have not been able to figure it out yet:
- I would definitely want to add stops so that I can get to see Machu Picchu and the Galapagos islands.
- I would really like to add Panama City and/or Mexico City and, if possible more locations in Central America.
- I would like to add more/other cities in Asia like SEL, BKK, but I don't see this as being possible within the 34 K miles.
- If there are any beautiful islands/sights I have forgotten along the trip that could be added while still being within the rules/mileage allowed, please let me know...
- Any other suggestions, also on how to optimize mileage, would be more than welcome.
Thanks a lot
