Upgrades using Optiontown vs. SAS/EB Customer service
Hi!

I have a return flight booked ARN-ORD in Econ Extra, and when I called SAS to use points for upgrade to Business they said the upgrade seats are full.

Does this mean it would be useless to apply for Optiontown upgrades? Or are there more seats that might be available through OT?

Tips for still getting an upgrade? At checkin? At gate? Or are we talking about the same seats?

I guess I should have asked if all Business seata were full...

I'd appreciate some advice!

PS. Maybe someone with access can see availability on SK945 Oct 4 and SK 946 Oct 8?
