This is just some encounter I have so far for my ticket, just to share how ridicious it is.

1. MAN-LHR/x-ACC-LHR/x-USA-ASIA-HKG-LHR/o-CAI/o-LHR/x-MAN
Result: Rate desk give me rate, but the AAgent on phone said it is invalid, type the note, said I cannot do CAI after LHR.

2. Call back to drop CAI, first agent ok. then 2nd agent to confirm to send to rate desk, come back: "Chana routing allow you to enter EUROPE twice, but not country of origin, so BASICALLY IF YOU START IN UK, YOU CANNOT DO GHANA, 100% NO WAY". ok!

3. Decided to start with Dubin, Route:
DUB-LHR/x-Acc-LHR/x-USA-Asis-HKG-LHR/o-CAI/o-LHR/x-Dub. The agent said it is fine, send to rate desk.

4. This time, instead of rating an invalid trip valid, it come up with a restriction HAVE NO RELATION TO OWE RULE!.
"The routing is invalid and cannot be ticketed since the pax enters a country in the Europe (i.e. UK) more than three times, this have no relation with the OWE rule but just a traffif restirction that this cannot be ticketed. If the pax cannot change routing, need to do separate ticket for some segments seperately (i.e. charge more)"

Hey AA and Oneworld!! What the h??? (first time using this word in any message board, pardon my bad language) is your rules and routing! and more seriously, how you TRAIN your staff!! someone say yes, some say no, some allow illegal rating and some (maybe) read the rule maybe too tight than it is reasonable!! (I receive two opposite reply for "is connection in lhr" considered as entering uk again", and other questions!)

So now.. I dropped my CAI stop for the ex-DUB routing, lets wait and see......
