Not only do they stay in business, but BWW thrives. Food is slightly below mediocre, but beer selection is generally good compared to other options (in general). They do really well in smaller cities and with travelers.
My local joint is called the Beer Bistro (so plenty of choices there) and they have 25 cent Buffalo wings on Sundays - which are taster than BWW
and it's in all the dining programs! ^
