I will be traveling in business class on One World Explorer 3 continent fare. My 3 continents are N.America, Europe and Asia. I have been looking at all the postings on this forum and I still have a few questions !! ( I know that is hard to believe but I am a little slow)

First, what does "four sectors" mean exactly? Does it mean 4 stopovers or four flight segments. For example, if I wanted to visit Lisbon, Madrid, Milan and Athens it would take me about 6 or 7 seperate segments on Iberia, BA and Aer Lingus to do that since there are no OW flights form Milan to Athens.

Second, in the above example, I would be arriving into LHR via DEL and continuing to Lisbon and after the end of my Athens visit, I would have to fly back to LHR to catch my flight to ORD. Now, mind you, I will not be stopping in LHR. Does the return flight from Athens to LHR still count against my "sectors" ?

Third, in N. America how many times can I backtrack to the same city to stayover? The reason I ask that is because I got the impression that in N. America you can get two stopovers in the same city.
