If non AA emerald passengers such as Qantas are allowed FL access during domestic only flights, what is the policy for AA EXP passengers domiciled outside USA. </font>
The policy is the same as for US domiciled persons. You will not be permitted access to a US lounge when travelling on a solely North American itinery. You will be able to use 1st class and business class lounges outside the US whenever travelling with an OW carrier and you will be entitled to Flagship lounge and Admirals Club acess within the US when you have a same day international connection.
