demkr, I'm very sorry about this. Given that you haven’t experienced this in the past, this is definitely a recent error that appears to have occurred with our latest update. We’re still researching the details, and, I'll let you know once we uncover what’s happening. In the interim, if you have any upcoming reservations (besides tonight’s), and you want to PM them to me, we’ll be happy to look at them in advance to see if we can resolve the situation manually.
