Managed to the reissue done at QF in London. It was well handled. I went first thing in the morning and was surprised to find only 2 people handling walk-in's. Thankfully it was quiet and I didn't delay anyone. It took about 50 minutes to do the actual changes - 2 sector changes in Australia, 1 inter-continental and 6 sectors in the US, plus putting dates on some OPEN sectors, but the actaul reissue took some time. The first attempt which took about 30 minutes failed as the final segement had been lost so he to start again! At this point I decided to leave it with him and they posted it out to me.

Like BA, QF have introduced "Professional Services" charges for walk-in's. For a reissue they charge £25.
