Just pick any address and change it back as soon as the flights credit just As long as your address is valid when they send the card out. Just make sure that the country is set to Canada. If you don't want to do that, then I would agree that the Qantas scheme would perhaps be a better option, however you will not reach any tier statuses with this sort of trip.
