Actually, I had the problem yesterday as well. Everytime I got to the Purchase page, I got the "Sorry" page. Called the Medallion desk and booked via phone. Great service from the CSR and no charge for booking via an actual person. I did mention the problem on the web site and she certainly recognized the problem.
