If you want to conserve Europe segments, the most advantageous of those 3 would be AMM, since RJ have intercontinental flights direct to Asia and North America, removing the need for an intermediate connection in Europe.
A couple of other places, e.g. Saudi Arabia and Sudan, might be cheaper, but offer their own inconveniences and barriers (access, visas, etc.) that might make them less attractive.
I have done 8-10 DONE04's ex-CAI, and 2 ex-AMM. AMM is a very pleasant city to visit. Smaller, less chaotic than CAI, & RJ is a decent airline. The non-stops to JFK/ORD are a definite plus. You avoid the LHR transit/taxes. I also did AMM-BKK non-stop which was nice.
