Yes, I sent a polite e-mail to their customer service a couple of days ago and received confirmation that my status was "matched" with the EBG card yesterday.

"Eftersom du ar SAS Eurobonus Guld medlem har vi uppgraderat ditt Club
Carlson medlemskap till Gold Elite niva, och ett nytt medlemskort kommer
att skickas ut till den address som finns registrerad i din profil inom
6-8 veckor. De formaner du har som Gold Elite medlem galler givetvis
omedelbart."

I have no idea how/when/if to use it though. But I like to collect shiny cards for my vallet.
