I have submitted a 30 day demand letter to Cartera, Explaining the legal aspect to there admitted "Mistake" There admitting the mistake in the communication to me is key as the AG is very clear on what will be accepted by Mass. company's. After sending the info to the AG I have been advised on how to deal with this while still protecting my best interest (Getting awarded my "Clearly" labeled sale incentive).
This was submitted to Cartera 48 hours ago and I am waiting to hear back from the letter of demand. The law requires them to respond in 30 days and I didn't expect to hear back from them in any "Timely" basis
Anyone interested in what was the content of the letter I am happy to send to you, however I am not going to post the letter as I am tired of hearing how wrong I am from the people against this thread.
