The BA deal is the only one I ever paid out money for, and it was only $90, I believe. If you're buying stuff anyway, the purchases don't count as a negative, the information was already out there from the very first credit card acquired and the hard pulls don't really matter for most people.

Interesting that I have to justify my "motivation" for posting a list of facts when others dont appear to have to justify hatching a conspiracy to commit extortion via threats of frivolous litigation, libel, and slander.
Many of those ramrodding this the hardest have even admitted the offer to be a mistake, and also stated that they know they dont have a chance in court. However they want to try to cause sufficient trouble to get paid off anyway, legal basis be damned.
