Concerned that my order would not be reported to them (happens to me a lot with AA Shopping Mall....got my points from January purchases from Sears in JUNE! And that was after chasing them down and emailing info over and over.
ANYWAY.... I sent an email asking how was I supposed to meet the deadline for earning the additional 2500 for placing the order if my order had not been acknowledged in the first place. I have checked my shopping mall account and nothing is pending. So this is what I received from them last night:

A copy of your email confirmation from the merchant
(or if you cannot provide this):

I have not received an e-mail either.
It is rather amusing how in the advertising, promotion and purchase process the three organizations work hand in glove with near military precision to bill and send out my packages immediately.
But with regard to their promotion follow-up ....feign complete ignorance and discombobulation to the point of suggesting they have never heard of the other parties... asking for purchase confirmations, etc
