Why wait for the dust to settle at which time everone will have forgotten the issue. Better to be pro active now. Inundate all parties concerned with inquiries. Do not concede anything. I for one am not willing to wait "a year" for any miles to be credited.
I, too was asked to provide Cartera with my Verizon confirmations after I e-mailed that they, as the shopping portel had immediated access to the information needed to arraange for the crediting of miles.
I responded immediately with copies of the confirmations. I wait to see their next response.
