The T1 lounge (and all the other EK lounges) have complimentary newspapers, magazines, business centers, hot and cold food options, coffee machines, alcohol (including champagne), showers, smoking areas, TVs, Skywards help desks.

The showers at T1 are pretty good compared to the T3 lounges - better water pressure and less waiting time.
