It seems the outage was about three and a half hours, I must have just caught it first thing in the morning at 05:45 pst, apparently it went down at 05:40 pst. back up by 09:00 pst for most users.

After nearly six years using ooma, this is the first real outage I can remember. Of course, I might have been away when it happend before, or didn't notice it if I wasn't calling anyone. My previous service (sunrocket) would ring the lines when it went back on, so I pretty much knew if the box was rebooting or the service was coming back online. I don't always SEE the flashing red light on the ooma (not that I have really seen it before)
